ABOUT US

Knokie’s Catering began operations in 2012 serving 600 children each day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a part of the USDA Summer and Afterschool food program. Our mastery came with the requirement to prepare 1,800 meals daily.  Our goal was to provide families with delicious and nutritious home cooked meals from scratch.  We have since added private parties and special events.
